The isolation transformer is a key component for achieving safe isolation between the power grid and the load in solid-state transformers (SST), also known as power electronics transformers (PET). Our company, in collaboration with multiple technological universities and domestic and international users, has successfully developed a high-frequency high-voltage isolation transformer for 10KV solid-state transformers. The magnetic material of this product utilizes nanocrystalline alloy / high-frequency low-loss ferrite, and the high-voltage winding employs epoxy resin vacuum potting technology and umbrella-shaped lead-out. The product features high power density, high efficiency, and low loss. The magnetic components, operating point, structure, and heat dissipation design are all highly compatible with the DAB dual active bridge high-frequency square wave excitation characteristics, providing superior thermal management performance and suitable for long-term reliable operation in harsh environments.
